Every full-time employee is entitled to 22 – 25 days holiday each year dependent on role and length of service. For those working part-time entitlement is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

At retirement you will have a choice of options including a pension payment for the rest of your life; a pension for a dependant or cash lump sum. Your contributions will also be subject to tax relief at your highest rate of taxation.
Our company scheme is offered to all new employees and aims to protect our employee’s family’s lifestyle in the event of death in service, it provides a lump sum benefit of four times the annual rate of basic salary.
