How to Claim

If you need to make a claim, it is important that you tell us as quickly as possible by calling us FREE on 0800 169 7733 between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.

When you tell us about your claim we will discuss the claim with you,  review your cover and any policy benefits you may be entitled to.  We will then be able to tell you the next step in dealing with your claim.

Note: We want to keep down the cost of insurance for everyone, so whilst we aim to pay all genuine claims in full, we make careful checks to identify false or exaggerated claims.  We exchange information with other insurers and the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and take other measures to prevent fraud. Making a false or exaggerated claim can lead to prosecution.
